Parking
Parking is provided free of charge on campus.

Red & Gray Parking Lots - Located directly behind the main stand
Reserved for Reddie Club members with parking passes and special guests.

Field House Parking Lot - Located directly behind the Fieldhouse in the south endzone
Reserved for special guests, game officials, emergency vehicles and athletic department employees.

Formby Athletic Center Parking Lot - Located directly in front of the Formby Athletic Center
This parking lot is open to the public. Spaces may not be reserved.

Wells Center Parking Lot (South) - Located directly in front of the Wells Center
This parking lot is open to the public. Spaces may not be reserved.

Main Campus Parking, 12th & Wilson - With Shuttle Service to Wells Center and Main Gate of Carpenter-Haygood Stadium
Two and a half hours prior to kickoff, CADC SCAT busses will stage at the corner of 12th and Wilson Streets on main campus, allowing fans to utilize the parking lots near Smith Hall and other lots around main campus. The free shuttles will travel down 12th Street and drop fans off in two locations-in front of the Wells Center on M.H. Russell Drive for those who chose to mingle in the tailgate area and at the main gate at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium.
Once the game begins, the busses will stage near the main gate of Carpenter-Haygood Stadium and deliver fans back to the 12th and Wilson Street location until one hour following the conclusion of the game. The busses will be marked with Reddie Gameday Shuttle signage.

ATM
A U.S. Bank ATM Machine is located inside the Garrison Center on Henderson State's campus, across from the Reddie Bookstore.

Cameras
Cameras are permitted at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium. At no time may photography interfere with other guests.

Chairs
Foldable camp chairs are permitted at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium. Fans are asked not to obstruct walkways and to abide by seating instructions from Reddie athletic staff.

Concessions
There are concession stands located at the top of both the home and visitor stands.

Credentials
Credentials are limited to working print and electronic media representatives and to others whose duties make necessary the use of press row. Photography credentials are also available to the media and must be requested. Please direct all requests for working credentials to the Henderson State Sports Information staff at least 48 hours in advance of an event being covered.

Directions
From Little Rock or Hot Springs:
Follow I-30 west toward Texarkana.
Take exit 78 (AR-7 S/Valley St) from I-30 west.
Turn left onto AR-7.
Follow AR-7 S to Henderson State University, which is on the right side of AR-7.

From Texarkana:
Follow I-30 east toward Little Rock.
Take exit 78 (AR-7 S/Valley St) from I-30 east.
Turn right onto AR-7.
Follow AR-7 S to Henderson State University, which is on the right side of AR-7.

From El Dorado:
Follow AR-7 north toward Arkadelphia.
Henderson State University is on the left side of AR-7.
 
Disabilities Accessibility Information
Guests who need wheelchair assistance to their seating sections should visit the Main Gate and ask for assistance.
Seating for Persons with Disabilities - is available at the top of both the home and visitors stands.
Accessible Restrooms for Persons with Disabilities - Accessible Restrooms are located at the top of both the home and visitors stands.
Service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the stadium.
 
Game Programs
Game programs are priced at $3 and are available for purchase at all gates.
 
Gates
There are three gates to enter Carpenter-Haygood Stadium.
Fans can enter through all three gates but are encouraged to use the following;
Main Gate - Home fans
Student Gate - Henderson State students
Visitor Gate- Visiting fans
 
Gates Open
The gates will open open 2 hours prior to kickoff.
 
Medical Emergency
If assistance is needed, please contact the nearest Usher, Concession Worker, Law Enforcement Officer or Paramedic.
 
National Anthem
The HSU Showband of Arkansas plays the National Anthem as part of their pre-game show.
 
Parking
Parking is provided free of charge on campus.
 
Pets/Service Animals
Animals, except for trained K-9 dogs or service animals assisting disabled visitors, are not permitted at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium.
 
Player Complimentary Tickets
Complimentary tickets left by players can be picked up at either the Main Gate or the Student Gate beginning 2 hours prior to kickoff. Each person receiving a ticket must be the person designated by the player to receive the ticket. No name changes will be allowed at the gate.
Complimentary tickets are for general admission.

Henderson State University's Department of Athletics is dedicated and obligated to the principle of institutional control in operating its athletic program. Henderson State University's Department of Athletics operates in a manner that is consistent with all NCAA, Great American Conference and University rules and regulations.

NCAA Bylaws 13.6.6.2 and 13.7.2.1 Complimentary Admissions/Tickets: Henderson State University may provide a maximum of three complimentary admissions to campus athletic events in which HSU's intercollegiate team practices or competes, during a prospective student-athletes' official or unofficial visit to campus. Such complimentary admissions are for the exclusive use of the prospective student-athlete and those persons accompanying the prospective student-athlete on the visit and must be issued on an individual-game basis. Providing special seating arrangements during the conduct of the event (including intermission) for the prospective student-athlete or those persons accompanying the prospective student-athlete in the facility's press box, special seating box(es) or bench area is specifically prohibited.
 
Playing Field
Only credentialed individuals are permitted on the field level during the game. Non-credentialed individuals that are on field level will be escorted back into the stands. Those who continue to violate this policy will be escorted from the stadium.
 
Press Box Access
Only credentialed personnel are allowed into the press box. All media should contact the Henderson State Sports information office at least two (2) days prior to kick-off to reserve a credential. Please contact Director of Athletic Communications David Salley (870) 230-5197. Only credentialed personnel will be permitted in the press box.

Prohibited Behavior
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: throwing objects of any kind; demonstrating unruly behavior; attempting to enter the field of play; engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials or other guests; attempting to climb the goal posts; and/or taunting public safety officials. Consequences for guests exhibiting prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: loss of ticket buying privileges, ejection from the field, and/or arrest.

Reddie Walk
1 hour and 30 minutes prior to kickoff join the Showband of Arkansas as they line Wells/Haygood Street to support the Reddie Football team as they make their way to their locker room.

Restrooms
Men's and Women's restrooms are located at the top of both the home and visitors stands.

Reddie Game Day Shuttle Service
In addition to parking surround Carpenter-Haygood Stadium additional parking is located at 12th and Wilson and other lots on HSU's main campus. The shuttles will stage at 12th and Wilson and drop off fans at the Wells Center for tailgating and at the main gate at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium. Shuttles will run from 2.5 hours prior to kickoff until 1 hour after the game.

Solicitation/Literature
Setting up a promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around Carpenter-Haygood Stadium and campus without the permission of the Henderson State Department of Athletics is prohibited.

Tailgating
All tailgating activities in the Henderson State University parking areas are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Arkansas and/or the City of Arkadelphia.
Parking spaces are available on the day of the game on a first-come, first-served basis. Campus parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff.
Tailgating activities should not take up vacant parking spaces or interfere with traffic flow within campus parking lots. Drive lanes in parking lots must be maintained at all times.

Overnight parking of RV's is permitted although no "hook-ups" are available. Please contact Henderson State Athletics Depratment in advance at 870-230-5161.
 
Tobacco Policy
Henderson State University is a tobacco free campus.

Umbrellas
Guests are permitted to use umbrellas at Carpenter-Haygood Stadium, permitting they do not interfere with sightlines of other guests.
