Henderson State University Athletics

Cullen became a member of the men’s swimming and diving program in 1989 at Henderson State University.  Cullen helped the Red Wave achieve its highest national rankings and four consecutive conference championships.  Cullen broke three school records, was a three-time NAIA national champion, a four-time NAIA All-American, and a four-time All-Conference perfomer.
