A first-team All-AIC selection in football, Jack Robey played for the Reddies from 1954-57. Robey served as an assistant coach at Henderson in the early 1970s before teaching and coaching at the high school level . After his teaching days, he served as superintendent of Pine Bluff Schools. He was devoted to teaching children of all ages, and for his efforts, the Pine Bluff School District named a junior high school in his honor
