    JOE CARROLL
   Joe Carroll played football for the Reddies from 1961 to 1964. An All-AIC offensive guard in 1963 and 1964, Carroll earned honorable mention NAIA All-American  in 1964.
   Carroll served four years in the U.S. Navy before attending Henderson State. He was also a Golden Gloves Boxer while at HSU.
Carroll coached two years at Rison, winning a state championship before returning to college at the University of Arkansas, earning a second degree in engineering.
