Julia Jackson-Ingram was one of the early pioneers in women’s athletics at Henderson. Jackson-Ingram was a three sport athlete from 1970 to 1974, playing basketball, volleyball, and swimming. As a four-year starter in basketball and volleyball; and the team’s top swimmer, Jackson-Ingram was the team captain in 1973 of all three teams. She was also MVP of the State Basketball Championships in 1973
