Henderson State University Athletics

Lou Wood was a Reddie basketball player from 1966-69. While at HSU, Wood made the First Team All-AIC in 1969 as a senior and the Second Team All-AIC in 1967 and 1968. His forte as a Reddie was making free throws. In his senior season, Wood was an honorable mention on the NAIA All-America Team.  Wood also started on the baseball squad as a utility player and pitcher.
