An outstanding basketball player from 1932 to 1935, Robey was Arkansas’s leading scorer from 1933-1935.  In 1934 and 1935, she was selected as team captain and was an All-State selection.  She may have been the only person to have beaten the famous Hazel Walker in a free-throw shooting contest.  Louise married a Reddie, Jack Robey, and had three sons who were also Reddies
