Henderson State University Athletics

Willie Coulter helped lead the Reddies to back-to-back AIC Championships in 1974-75 and 1975-76. During his senior year, the Reddie team finished as the National NAIA runner up. Coulter earned All-Conference, All-District, and All-American honors. A 1975-76 NAIA All-Tournament First Team selection, Coulter was the Reddie team captain as Henderson finished with one of its best seasons in school history having a 29-3 record
