Biography

PREP: Mosqueda joins the Reddies via DeQueen High School where she was a four-time All-Conference honoree for the Lady Leopards in cross country and a three-time All-Conference selection in track . . . Ran multiple events for DeQueen during her high school career and holds PR's of 21 minutes, 6.8 seconds in the 5K, 1:8.23 in the 400 meters, 2:33.8 in the 800 meters, 5:48.85 in the 1600 meters, and 13:18.12 in the 3200 meters . . . Mosqueda won Rookie of the Year, Runner of the Year and Outstanding Distance Runner awards during her time with the Lady Leopards and was a member of four conference championship teams in cross country . . .  Was also a standout in soccer and tennis, where she was named All-Conference in both sports . . . Athletic accomplishments helped win her the Crystal Award for Outstanding Female Athlete, but Mosqueda also excelled in the classroom at DeQueen, where she was an honor graduate and recipient of the English and Chemistry Rotary Academic awards.

PERSONAL: Born August 21, 1999 . . . Daughter of Jesus Mosqueda and Felicitas Lagunas. . . Has three siblings, Alex, Jesus, and Mireya. . .  Majoring in Elementary Education.
