Ashylyn White was named Great American Conference player of the week for her performance last weekend at the Ronnie Hawkins Invitational.

White was a force at the plate posting a .588 average going 10-for-17 with 11 runs batted in.

The sophomore from Longview, Texas also had two home runs and compiled a .914 slugging percentage.

White had at least one hit in all six games including going 3-for-4 against Lincoln.
