Henderson State wrapped up their weekend visit to Oklahoma side of the Great American Conference with a straight sets loss to Southwestern Oklahoma State University, (25-11, 25-15, 25-17) on Saturday afternoon in Weatherford, Okla.
The Lady Bulldogs (5-7, 3-3 GAC) flexed their muscle in the match sprinting out to sizable leads in each of the three sets, all the while having not trailed at any point in the match.
The Lady Reddies (4-14, 0-6 GAC) were hindered by numerous attacking errors. For the match the Lady Reddies committed 20 attack errors while recording 22 kills. Sophomore outside hitter Ty Lindberg tied for the match-high in kills with 11.
On Tuesday night, the Lady Reddies return home and will face Arkansas-Monticello for their annual Breast Cancer Awareness match. All fans are encouraged to show their support by wearing pink to the match. The first serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
