Box Score ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Henderson State University volleyball team (1-12, 0-5 GAC) dropped its fifth conference match to Southern Nazarene (12-5, 4-0 GAC) in straight sets, Saturday afternoon at the Duke Wells Center.
In set one, the Lady Reddies fell 25-12, while dropping set two, 25-19 and the final set, 25-11.
Katrina Goulbourne (Jr., Visalia, Calif.) earned a team-high eight kills of the teams 25. HSU was held to a -.019 attack percentage due to 27 attack errors.
Defensively, Henderson State was led by
Raegan Large (Jr., Montgomery, Texas) who recorded a season-high 12 digs and was her second straight double-digit performance.
The Crimson Storm finished with a .256 attack percentage, six blocks and 42 digs.
Junior
Jami Jackson (Kennett, Mo.) totaled two solo blocks and one assist on the defensive end.
The Henderson State Lady Reddies will return to the court for its Serve For The Cure match on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. This is the team's annual drive to raise funds for cancer and breast cancer. All fans can pledge for every serve that results in a point. In addition, HSU will auction off Pink Jerseys after the match.
