ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Henderson State University volleyball team (1-10, 0-3 GAC) continued to struggle in conference play, as the Lady Reddies fell to Arkansas Tech University (8-4, 2-1 GAC), 3-0, Thursday night at the Duke Wells Center.

As the gym was packed with fans for spirit night, the Lady Reddies was unable to give them a win on their home court.

In a match that lasted just over an hour, the Lady Reddies were swept 25-10, 25-18 and 25-12.

The team was only held to 13 kills, while Arkansas Tech amassed 41 for a .419 attack percentage.

Katrina Goulbourne (Jr., Visalia, Calif.) and Jami Jackson (Jr., Kennett, Mo.) recorded three kills apiece. Junior Taylor Thompson (Yuba City, Calif.) led HSU in both assists and digs with 11 and five, respectively.

HSU will remain at home to host Arkansas-Monticello on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.
