Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Nayeli Colunga, Jessica Moss and Violet Williams combined for 50 kills as the Henderson State volleyball team beat Mississippi College 3-1 (25-23, 25-19, 21-25, and 27-25), Tuesday in Monticello, Ark.

Colunga and Moss had 14 kills each, while Williams had 12 spikes including an astonishing .476 attack percentage.

Setter Ryleigh Thompson had a solid match having 41 set assists.

Earlier in the day, Arkansas-Monticello swept the Reddies winning 25-22, 25-21 and 25-18.

UAM used 46 kills and a team hitting percentage of .221 while also taking advantage of six Henderson serving errors.

Moss again led Henderson State with 11 kills, while Williams had a .412 attack percentage which included seven kills.

Andjela Reljic finished with 21 defensive digs, while Thompson had 22 set assists.

Henderson State will return home Thursday to play host to Harding with first serve set for 7 p.m. at the Duke Wells Center.
