Henderson State ran its record to 4-1 on the Reddies beat Baptist Bible College 99-42, Tuesday at the Duke Wells Center in Arkadelphia, Ark.
All 13 Reddies that played scored led by
DJ Franklin who scored 15 points while having a team-high 6 rebounds.
Kaylon Tappin scored 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field, while
Chris Hawkins and
Saijon Blackwell both scored 11 points.
Tyler Williams scored 9 points and pulled down 5 boards for the Reddies with
Toney Foster also having 9 points.
Seth Thompson led Baptist Bible with 24 points including 15 of the Patriots' 19 points in the first half.
Henderson finished the game shooting 58 percent from the field making 42-of-73 shots, while the Patriots hit on 13-of-46 shots for 28 percent.
The Reddies will break for Thanksgiving and return to the court on Dec. 1 when Henderson travels to Ada, Okla. to face East Central with tipoff set for 7:30 p.m.
