Henderson State compiled 19 hits including three home runs as the Reddies beat Central Baptist 22-5, Wednesday in Conway, Ark.
The Reddies, 20-13 on the season, scored multiple runs in several innings including 6 runs in the third-inning and 8 runs in the fifth-frame.
Jordan Taylor and
Parker Jones both had three hits and four runs batted, with Taylor having a double and home run, while Jones also homered.
Hayden Lessenberry also had four runs driven including a three-run round-tripper, while
Alan Hall collected three hits with a double and 2 RBI.
Zach Eschberger got the win on the mound pitching 5 innings, striking out 9 batters in improving to 2-0 on the year.
Taylor pitched the sixth-inning while
Beau Shelby pitched the seventh, both striking out a pair of batters.
Henderson returns to Great American Conference play of Friday as the Reddies travel to Magnolia to face sixth-ranked Southern Arkansas with the first pitch set for 6 p.m.
