Henderson State used an 11-run fourth-inning to run-rule East Central 15-1, Friday in Ada, Okla.
The Reddies, 17-10 overall and 12-4 in the Great American Conference, clubbed 13 hits off of Tiger pitching.
Henderson first got on the board in the second-inning scoring two runs with
Brandon Pollock bringing home the first run with a double to right-center field that scored
Brentten Schwaab who singled to lead off the inning. Pollock later scored on a ground out by
Taylor Langston.
In the fourth-inning, Henderson put together seven hits and took advantage of four walks to score 11 runs in the frame.
Jordan Harris supplied a three-run home run in the inning, while
Joseph Shepherd drove in two runs with a triple.
Daniel Colasanto had two of his three hits in the inning while also driving in a run.
Colasanto provided a two-run double in the fifth-inning scoring Pollock who singled and Langston who reached on a fielder's choice.
Bryant Haralson went the distance on the mound striking out seven batters while scattering four hits to improve to 4-2 on the year.
Colasanto went 3-for-4 with a double and three runs batted in, while Schwaab also collected three hits in the game.
Harris finished the game going 2-for-4 with a home run and 3 RBI, with Pollock also going 2-for-4 with a run batted in and three runs scored.
The two teams will finish the three-game GAC series with a double-header Saturday beginning at Noon.
