Three Reddies tied for the most kills against the Dawgs.

Christiane Uzoh all finished with five kills, while Denton led the team with a .333 attack average. Luke led the team with four total blocks, and middle blocker
Kaitlyn Sykes finished the match with three.
The Reddies (8-15, 2-9) will travel across the highway to face rivals Ouachita Baptist University in their next match on Oct. 20 at 6 p.m.
SET ONE
HSU opened the scoring to take a 3-1 lead, but a flurry of attacks by Southwestern Oklahoma put the Dawgs ahead 12-3. The Reddies responded with a 7-2 run to close the gap to 14-10. SWOSU kept on the front foot, expanding its lead to 19-11. Southwestern Oklahoma carried its advantage to a 25-12 set win.
SET TWO
Tied at two all to start the set, the Dawgs would break the deadlock with a five-point run to lead 7-2. Another burst of attacks from Southwestern Oklahoma put them ahead 11-4, forcing HSU to use its first timeout. The Dawgs' attack stayed hot, winning the set 25-14.
SET THREE
Southwestern Oklahoma opened the set by scoring the first two points. The Reddies took advantage of a pair of errors by SWOSU to tie the set 3-3. The Dawgs scored in burst to create separation, leading 12-6, and would win the set 25-19
