SHAWNEE, Okla. – Down a starter the Reddies fall to the Bison on the road.

The Reddies went into the Noble Complex and played a wire-to-wire game versus on of the top seeded teams in the GAC. The Reddies dominated the paint, outscoring the Bison 44-26, led by
Nehikhare Igiehon's 16 points on 5-9 shooting from the field.

Jamarion Brown led the Reddies with a +7 +/- to go along with 4-6 shooting from the field. Brown played just over 27 minutes and hauled in five rebounds while guarding one through five defensively.
Matthew Mayes accrued four stocks (steals+blocks), including two break away dunks.

Last season the Reddies defeated the Bison 82-77 in the Duke Wells Center. The Bison travel to Arkadelphia Thursday, February 20 for what could be a deciding game in the GAC standings.

On the road the Reddies go to 4-2 in conference and 11-5 overall. Henderson State stands alone in third place in the GAC.

The Reddies return to action for the first Battle of the Ravine game of basketball season on Thursday. Tip off versus Ouachita Baptist is set for 7:30 p.m. in the Duke Wells Center.
