Cross Country Ends Season at GAC Championship

MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Reddie Cross Country season came to an end Saturday in Monticello at the GAC Cross Country Championships. HSU finished with 343 points; Arkansas Tech won the championship with 59 points.

Jaide Tatum led Henderson State with a time of 20:29.72, good enough for 96th individually. The sophomore from De Queen completed her season leading the team in each of its four events.

Angela Dorado Marin turned in the second-best time for the Reddies, a 21:25.19 run in the 5k race. Adriana Montiel was just behind with a time of 22:34.90, followed by Karen Campos (23:13.81), Kamie Knowlton (24:24.90), Kristina Kozlova (25:21.73), and Lainey Mungle (27:38.74).
