At the plate, the Reddies struggled to generate offense after the fourth inning while trailing 3-2. The Bison recorded two unanswered runs to win the game by three.
Hilary Akers and Jordyn Holland each recorded a run, but Oklahoma Baptist's defense held strong, stranding six Henderson State runners in scoring position. The Reddies recorded four hits and two walks against the Bison.
With the series in the books, Henderson State will shift its focus to its next matchup versus Lane College, looking to build off its game two victory and gain momentum moving forward.
