ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Reddie Tennis (4-6) faced off against Missouri Western State today, with the Reddies winning the Double point, but fell in the singles matches, ending the match 5-2.
Doubles
The double pairing of
Kristina Kozlova and
Angela Dorado Marin were the first to secure their win, defeating the No. 2 pairing 6-4. Then, in a tightly contested match,
Jenna Kate Bohnert and
Lily Winter clinched the point for Henderson State, winning the No. 3 position in tiebreakers 7-6 (7-2).
Singles
In the singles matches, Henderson State struggled from injuries, as only
Emilia Nowak claimed a win over her opponent in the No. 2 position, defeating Cristina Granero Boj 6-2, 6-1.
