ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Reddie Tennis (4-4) hosted Collin College today, defeating the Cougars 6-1.
Doubles
Emilia Nowak and
Jordan Parker took one of the wins for the Reddies in the No. 1 position, defeating their opponents 6-2.
Kristina Kozlova and Angela Marin Dorado clinched the doubles point for Henderson State after defeating the No. 3 pairing 6-1.
Singles
In the singles matches, Henderson State started off with a clean win by Parker in the No. 5 position, defeating Mii Naito 6-1, 6-2. Dorado won in the No. 4 position after winning in three sets 3-6, 6-2, 6-0. Nowak and
Adiya Abdugappar each clinched their wins after a hard fought first set, winning 7-6, 6-4 and 7-6, 6-0 respectively.
Lily Winter clinched the win for the Reddies in the No. 6 position, besting her opponent 6-4, 7-6.
