Biography

2013: Redshirt.

2012: Earned honorable mention All-GAC honors . . . Second on the team in hitting having a .335 batting average . . . Collected 9 doubles and 31 RBI . . . Ended season with a .409 on base percentage . . . Went 5-for-9 in the GAC Tournament and earned All-Tournament honors . . . Against OBU (April 26) she was 3-for-4, with 3 runs scored, 4 RBI and a home run . . . Had multiple hits in 15 games inclduing 4 hits against Southeastern Oklahoma (March 11).

2011: Played in all 51 games . . . Was 4-for-6 in a double header against Christian Brothers, including five RBI . . . Ended season going 29-for-141 with 9 RBI.

2010: Selected to the All-GSC second team after hitting for a .298 average with nine doubles and 23 RBI . . .Had three hits in games against Arkansas Tech and West Alabama . . . Lone home run was against Arkansas Tech.

PREP: Helped Kingwood High School to an undefeated District 19-5A title and a second round playoff appearance . . . Named team offensive most valuable player as a catcher, as well as District MVP.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 13, 1991 . . . Daughter of Richard and Cheryl Klug . . . Has one brother, Josh . . . Lists many interests, including her family and friends, church, music and her puppy, Biggio . . . Enjoys the outdoors, and plans to major in Biology.
