Biography

2021-22: One of two guys to start all 29 games for Henderson State . . . Averaged 6.9 points per game and led the team with 1.3 steals per game . . . Shot 80% from the free-throw line for the year, including going 10-for-12 from the charity stripe against Missouri Western (Nov. 14) . . . Recorded a career-high 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting, including going 5-of-7 from deep, and five rebounds against East Central (Feb. 19).

2020-21: Started 15 games and played in 17 for the Reddies in his second season with the program … Averaged 7.6 points, 3.7 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals in just under 26 minutes per game … Shot 42.5% (17-of-40) from the 3-point line, 37.3% from the floor and 80.6% from the free throw line … Scored in double figures in five games … Had a career-high 22 points in 39 minutes against UAM (2/11/21) … Had 15 points and the game-winning layup with 12 second remaining in the road GAC Tournament victory over Southern Nazarene (3/03/21).

2019-20: Played in 26 games and started six for the Reddies in his first year with the program … Provided key minutes all season long as an energy-bringer and defensive stopper … Averaged 5.8 points, two rebounds and two assists for the season in 19.2 minutes per game … Had a career-high 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting and eight rebounds in the overtime win at East Central (Feb. 29) where he played 36 minutes … Averaged 1.9 steals per game and had 15 games with multiple steals.

COLLEGE: Comes to Henderson State by way of Mills High School and Coffeyville Community College in Kansas . . . Played in 67 games over two seasons for the JUCO powerhouse Red Ravens and averaged 4.6 points per game . . . A terrific defender, Marshall was the 2018-19 Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) Defensive Player of the Year after averaging nearly two steals per contest . . . In his two seasons at Coffeyville, the Red Ravens went 60-9, won a Region VI title, and advanced to the 2019 NJCAA Final Four. 

PREP: Marshall helped lead Mills High School to the 2016-17 Arkansas 5A State Championship, where he was teammates with current Reddie Jeremiah Toney . . . A winner at all levels of competition, Marshall's teams are a combined 115-18 since his junior year of high school.

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 30, 1998 . . . Son of Quawn Sr. and Schanna Marshall . . . Has two sisters, Shaquawn and Quanisha. . . Majoring in Sports Management.
