2012-13: Started every game and led the team in scoring averaging 14.3 points per game. . . Scored in double-figures in 22 of 27 games including a career-high 33 points against Texas A&M Commerce (12/18/12) . . . Scored 29 points against Southern Nazarene (1/05/13) and followed it up with a 27 point performance against Harding (1/10/13).


2011-12: Played in all 27 games making three starts . . . Scored in double-figure nine times including in six straight games . . . Had a season-best 18 points against East Central . . . Averaged 9.4 points per game in GAC contests . . . Was 80-of-181 from the field for 44 percent, while shooting 70 percent from the foul line converting on 51-of-73 attempts . . . Averaged 8.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

COLLEGE: Transferred from McClennan Community College where she averaged 17.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game . . . Averaged 20 points and 5 rebounds per game her sophomore season while earning All-Conference as well as Academic All-Conference honors.

PREP: Prepped at Mexia High School where she was a four-time All-District 19-3A selection (Texas) . . . Named MVP of the district her senior season averaging 23 points and 8 rebounds per game . . . Also was a four-time Academic All-District selection . . . Lettered four years in volleyball and tennis . . . Earned first-team All-District honors in volleyball averaging 10 kills per game.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 11, 1990 . . . The daughter of Kelvin and Caletta Beachum . . . Has two brothers, Kelvin and Jacob, and one sister, Brechelle . . . Cousin is former Olympic Athlete Michael Johnson . . . She is also the cousin of Darrell Arthur who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies . . . Enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, reading and spending time with the family . . . Majoring in education.
