The Henderson State Sports Information Office is located on the first floor of the Duke Wells Center. The primary function of the Sports Information office is to publicize and promote all 14 intercollegiate sports at Henderson State University in the local, state and national media. The Sports Information office is also responsible for maintaining contact with the Great American Conference and the NCAA statistical services in addition to maintaining the department's web site, keeping photo files, submitting statistical updates, photography, and historical research.

Driving Directions
From I-30: Take Exit 78; proceed south on Highway 7 through Caddo Valley. Travel approximately three miles and turn right on to M.H. Russell Drive, proceed approximately 1/4 mile. The Duke Wells Center will be on the right.
Statistics and Media Services
Game notes, programs, fact sheets, and cumulative statistics will be furnished to the working media prior to game time. Complete statistical information will be available to the media at the conclusion of all HSU home athletic events. Telephones, fax machine, Ethernet connections and wireless internet are available for use in the athletics offices as well as the Duke Wells Center and Carpenter-Haygood Stadium.
Interviews
All requests for player and coach interviews must be made through the Sports Information staff. Pre-event and feature story interviews should be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Post-event interviews of student-athletes and coaches will be available following a 10-minute "cooling off" period after each home game. Postgame interviews of visiting players and coaches will be available upon request.
Audio and Video Streaming
The Henderson State University Sports Information office staff will provide "live" audio and video streaming of selected home events throughout the season.
Credentials
Credentials are limited to working print and electronic media representatives and to others whose duties make necessary the use of press row. Photography credentials are also available to the media and must be requested. Please direct all requests for working credentials to the Athletic Communications staff at least 48 hours in advance of an event being covered.
Registered Trademarks
University marks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and can only be used to represent Henderson State University. Below are low resolution graphics of the primary, word mark, and secondary logos for Intercollegiate Athletics in color that are to be used as examples only. One color versions of each logo are also trademarked. No trademarked logo can be used without permission. All athletic logos can only be used to represent HSU varsity athletics teams.
Do not:
1. Alter the mark in any way.
2. Use any part of the mark as part of another word.
3. Redesign, redraw, animate, modify, distort, or alter the proportions of the mark.
4. Surround the mark with--or place in the foreground over--a pattern or design that distorts the mark.
5. Rotate or render the mark three-dimensionally.
6. Add words, images, or any other new elements to the mark.
7. Replace the approved typeface with any other typeface.
8. Combine it with other design elements or effects.
9. Modify the size or position relationship of any element within the mark.
10. Add additional copy to the mark.
