Before attending Prime Prep, he was the anchor for a South Oak Cliff (Texas) team that advanced deep into the playoffs his sophomore and junior seasons . . . Averaged 16 points and 4 rebounds as a junior at South Oak Cliff, leading his team to the regional finals.
