2017-2018: Won the 200m freestyle relay (1:26.28), the 200m medley relay (1:36.49), the 400m freestyle relay (3:14.26), the 400m medley relay (3:39.04) and the 100m backstroke (52.49) against Texas-Permian Basin. . . Won the 100m backstroke at the UALR invitational with a time of 51.73. . . Won the 100m backstroke (51.79), the 200m freestyle (1:27.40) and the 200m medley (1:36.67) against Ouachita Baptist. . . Won the 100m backstroke (49.4) and the 200m freestyle relay (1:22.14). . . At the NSISC Championships, Pochynok finished third in the 200m medley relay (1:29.86) and the 400m medley relay (3:17.40). . . Pochynok finished second, and tied a school record in the 100m backstroke with a time of 48.62 at the NSISC Championships.


AT HSU: Placed eighth in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:52.47 at the NSISC . . . Was fifth in the 100 backstroke posting a time of 49.97 . . . Part of the 400 medley relay team that turned in a NCAA B cut time of 3:19.04 to finish third . . . A member of the 200 medley relay team that was third at the conference championships with a time of 1:30.92.
