2021: Posted the second best batting average on the team (.337) . . . Closed out the year on an eight-game hitting streak, including three straight multi-hit contests . . . Registered two or more hits in 10 games . . . Played her best game against Oklahoma Baptist (Apr. 30) where she went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs . . . Saw a hit in 11 of the final 14 games of the season after two weeks away from the team for personal reasons.

2020: Started 19 games for the Reddies . . . Registered 12 hits for a .226 batting average . . . Led the team with 141 put-outs, holding a .980 fielding percentage . . . Appeared in one game as a pitcher, pitching 0.2 innings.

2019: Played in 37 games while making 34 starts for the Reddies. . . Also took the circle eight times while making four starts. . . Batted .273 with a .357 on-base percentage. . . Third on the team with five home runs, fourth with a .465 slugging percentage, and fifth with a .357 on-base percentage. . . Named GAC Freshman of the Week after a dominant week at the dish, going 7-for-14 in four games with three doubles, three home runs, and a 1.357 slugging percentage for the series. . . During her award winning week, Monreal became the first Reddie on the season to hit two home runs in one game during HSU’s 8-2 victory on Apr. 6.

PREP: Attended Ennis High School. . . Named team MVP for the second time, and was a first team All-District following her senior season. . . Won Pitcher of the Year honors after her junior and freshman season.
 
PERSONAL: Born June 18, 2000 . . . Daughter of Kenneth and Luz Monreal. . . Has three sisters, Morelia, Mia and Gabrielle. . .  Hobbies include teaching softball to younger girls and spending time with family. . . Older sister Morelia is a junior for the Reddies softball team. . . Majoring in Sports Management.
