2018: Top finisher for Henderson in all four races she ran as a junior in 2018 . . . Ran a season-best time of 20:32.9 at the UALR Invitational, less than a second off of her PR . . . Enters her senior season with six career Top-10 finishes.

2017: The Reddies top runner in every race of the year as a sophomore . . . Picked up the first individual win of her career at the Bob Gravett Invitational . . . Also finished in the Top-10 at the UALR Invitational, where ran sub-21 minutes for her best time of the season.

2016: Henderson’s top finisher in all but one race as a true freshman . . . Led the Reddies to a team victory at the Freed Speed Open in Henderson, Tennessee, by winning the event individually with a PR of 20 minutes, 32 seconds . . . Had three Top-10 finishes on the year.

PREP: Five-time letter winner at Cabot High School and three-time All-Conference selection . . . School record-holder in the 4x800 relay . . . Was a part of the Lady Panthers’ state runners up team in 2014 and conference title squad in 2012.

PERSONAL: Born February 4, 1998 . . . Daughter of Steve and Linda Nickell . . . Has three brothers, Sean, Spencer and Stuart . . . Loves animals and wants to be an equine veterinarian . . . Majoring in Biology.
