2016-17: Unanimous First-Team All-GAC honoree . . . Also was named Academic All-GAC and received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award . . . Was ranked in the top 10 in the Central Region in both singles and doubles play throughout the year . . . Recorded four wins over regionally ranked opponents and advanced to the round of 16 in both singles and doubles play at the ITA Regionals . . . Finished season with a 9-5 record playing No. 1 singles . . .  Won the flight 1 consolation bracket of the Fall GAC Championships . . . Recorded a 9-8 win over Anna Buiukian of Southeastern Oklahoma before beating Arkansas Tech’s Macarena Sedano Acosta 8-4 to claim the title . . . Teamed with Sydnee Parker in doubles play and finished as runners-up in flight 1 doubles . . . Invited to play at the ITA Fall Regionals and was the No. 4 overall seed . . . Defeated Joanna Abreu Roman of Missouri Western, 6-1 and 6-2 to advance to the round of 16 . . .  In doubles play, Shannon and Parker defeated Teresa Sanchez and Annabel Rowlands of Arkansas Tech, 9-7 to advance to the round of 16 and then defeated Logan Morrissey and Ally Burr of Washburn 8-3.

2015-16: Named Great American Conference Tennis Player of the Year becoming only the second women’s tennis player to earn player of the year honors since Henderson joined NCAA Division II in 1993 . . . Won all six matches at No. 1 singles including wins over five regionally ranked opponents . . . Recorded a 16-2 record overall  . . . Ranked No. 10 in the NCAA Central Region rankings . . . Was also 5-2 at No. 1 doubles in GAC play with partner Amanda Korinihona . . . The pair were 15-4 on the season and are ranked No. 6 in the NCAA Central Region.

2014-15: Named GAC Freshman of the Year after posting a 6-6 record at No. 1 singles including a 9-4 mark in doubles play.

PREP:  Won the International Tennis Federation Doubles Championship in 2012.
