Emily Todd begins her third season as the assistant volleyball coach at Henderson State in 2020. Todd joined the Reddies in 2018 after serving as the student assistant and graduate assistant at Arkansas Tech University for three seasons.

Todd's second year as lead assistant saw another 20-win campaign for the Reddies, as Henderson finished 21-9 overall and 11-5 in the GAC.

During her first season in Arkadelphia, Todd was a part of a staff that helped guide the Reddies to their best season since 2001. Henderson finished with a 28-6 record and an appearance in the GAC Tournament Championship match.

In her last season at Arkansas Tech, Todd helped lead the Golden Suns to a record-breaking 35-1 finish, clinching a perfect GAC regular season and a conference championship title.

Todd also served as a club coach and a member of the administration for the Suns Volleyball Club for five years in Russellville, AR.

Todd was a two-year member of the volleyball program at Arkansas Tech from 2013-2015. She compiled a 54-18 overall record, claiming two conference championship titles and two bids to the NCAA Division II National Tournament. A two-time All GAC first team selection and 2013 GAC Newcomer of the year, Todd also earned a Capital One Academic All District First-Team selection in her senior season.

Todd graduated with honors from Arkansas Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education in May 2016, and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech in May 2018.

Prior to her time at Arkansas Tech, Todd also played at the University of Colorado-Boulder and Navarro Junior College.
