Henderson State University Athletics

PREP: Sahd was a four-year standout for the Navarro Panthers and helped lead them to four-consecutive district titles, the 2017 regional final and a berth in the 2016 state semifinals. During an illustrious individual career at Navarro, Sahd racked up 2187 digs, 158 service aces and 167 assists, and was a two-time First Team All-District and All-Area selection, as well as a Texas Sports Writer's Association All-State honoree as a junior. In Sahd's final two seasons at Navarro, the Panthers went 84-12. Sahd, who also lettered in basketball and softball, excelled in the classroom at NHS as well, and was named Academic All-District three times and Academic All-State as a senior.

PERSONAL: Born December 15, 1999 . . . Daughter of Derek and Rebecca Sahd. . . Has two siblings, Stone and Summer. . .  Enjoys hiking, camping and kayaking in her spare time . . . Majoring in Communications.
