RESULTS
Henderson State won 10 of 13 events as the Red Wave cruised to victory over Ouachita Baptist beating the Tiger Sharks 149-91.
Four Red Wave swimmers had multiple wins including
Colton Laramore who claimed victory in both the 500 and 1000 freestyle events.
Laramore swam the 1000 freestyle event in a time of 9:51.05 and later returned to turn in a time of 4:46.98 in the 500 freestyle.
Guy Buls swam to victory in the 200 medley posting a time of 1:56.02 and then finished first in the 200 backstroke touching the wall in a time of 1:53.90.
Bence Greifenstein also turned in a pair of wins for the Red Wave beginning with a victory in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:57.44. He later was victorious in the 200 breaststroke beating the competition by clocking in at 2:10.42.
Aaron Villemez was first in the 100 freestyle (48.52), while Matt Gribble place second in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.11).
Adam Zmijewski won both the 1 meter and 3 meter diving events having a score of 224.10 in the 1-meter and 201.30 in the 3-meter event.
Kyle Merritt placed second in the 1 meter diving competition with 164.70 points.
The 400 medley relay team of Buls, Greifenstein, Villemez and
Brandon Curley swam to a first-place finish with a time of 3:29.66.
