LADY REDDIES ATTEMPT TO WIN FOURTH STRAIGHT

Henderson State will attempt to extend its win streak to four games as the Lady Reddies play host to East Central, Thursday at the Duke Wells Center with tip-off set for 5:30 p.m.
 
The Lady Reddies are also looking to remain unbeaten at home as Henderson State is 8-0 this season at the Duke Wells Center.
 
Henderson State enters Thursday's contest with a 12-5 overall record and a 7-4 mark in the Great American Conference.      

The Lady Reddies are averaging 78.1 points per game at home and are outscoring its opponents by nearly 16 points in games played at the Duke Wells Center
.          
Dulincia Keener had a big week in Henderson's three wins last week averaging 16.5 points and 8 rebounds per game. The sophomore from Texarkana had a career-high 26 points last Saturday against Arkansas-Monticello.
 
Aungelique Sledge remains atop the GAC in scoring, averaging 21.9 points per game and leads HSU in 3-point field goals with 56. Sledge scored a game-high 33 points earlier this season against East Central.         

Krystal Beachum is averaging 13.2 points and 6.6 rebounds. Beachum dished out a career-high 7 assists against UAM.  Tiara Davis is averaging 9.6 points per game, including averaging 15 points and 10.3 rebounds in the last three games.
           
East Central is coming off an upset win over previously undefeated Harding, 61-60 last Saturday and has an 11-6 record overall and are 6-5 in the GAC.
 
ECU is one of the better defensive teams in the league allowing just 63 points per game. The Tigers are the top rebounding team in the GAC pulling down an average of 43.9 boards per game while outrebounding their opponents by 9.4 boards per game.
 
Erin Walling leads the team in scoring, averaging 11.4 points per contest. Walling scored 20 points in ECU's upset win over Harding last Saturday, and totaled 12 points and 7 rebounds in the first game against the Lady Reddies.            
 
Alycea Price follows averaging 11.3 points while pulling down a team-best 7.2 rebounds per game.   

Dilan Webster averages 10.8 points and 6.2 boards per game. Webster totaled 10 points and 7 rebounds in November against HSU.
East Central leads the all-time series having with a 6-2 advantage in a series which dates back to 1983.
 
Henderson State ended a three-game losing skid to ECU earlier this year with a 69-63 win in Ada, Okla. on November 23.
