Henderson State could not overcome a sluggish start on Saturday afternoon, as the Reddies fell 73-53 at Texas Woman's University in non-conference action.
HSU managed to score just 11 points in the second quarter, as TWU took a 42-26 lead into the halftime break.
The Reddies, 2-4 on the season, finished the game shooting 19-of-59 from the field for 32 percent, while TWU was 26-of-57 for 46 percent.

Dulincia Keener led all HSU scorers on the day with 12 points on 5-of-11 shooting, while
Brittany Branum contributed 11.
The Reddies outlasted TWU in the rebounding category with a 41-36 edge, but HSU would only manage to knock down 2-of-12 attempts from the three-point line.
HSU returns to action on Thursday in home Great American Conference action to take on East Central, with tipoff set for 5:30 p.m. at the Duke Wells Center.
