The Henderson State Red Wave women's swim team lost to Little Rock 170-125 Saturday at the Duke Wells Center.
Camille Leary was Henderson's top performer in the swimming events winning the 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:09.95 and placing second in the 50 butterfly touching the wall in 28.15.
Lindsey Butler placed second in the 50 backstroke (28.42) and the 50 freestyle (25.32), while teammate
Maddie Samples was third in both events having a time of 28.56 in the 50 backstroke and 25.50 in the 50 freestyle.
Sarah Medellin was second in the 100 freestyle (55.80) and
Zoe Peak was1second in the 100 backstroke (1:01.33).
The 200 freestyle relay team of Samples, Medellin, Butler and
Phoebe Campbell recorded a time of 1:39.97 to win the event.
Tonya Kurach won both diving events scoring 274.35 points in the 3 meter board and 283.95 in the 1 meter dive.
