INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.  —  Henderson State senior Kiara Pozvai earned All-American status for the 10th and final time in her Red Wave career at the final day of the 2025 NCAA Division II Nationals in Indianapolis on Saturday.
In what served as HSU's final race at the national event, the Keszthely, Hungary, native completed the Women's 100 Yard Freestyle Final in 49.35 seconds to earn third place on the podium and another All-American nod. Earlier this week, Pozvai secured All-American distinction in the 50 Yard Freestyle and Second Team All-American recognition in the 100 Yard Backstroke. As the Red Wave women's sole representative at nationals, the senior helped Henderson finish the season's ultimate event in the top 25.
Patryk Dabrowski swam his Men's 100 Yard Freestyle preliminary race in 44.24 seconds but did not qualify for a final.
Today's races marked the conclusion of the Henderson State Red Wave's 2024-25 competitive season. For offseason updates and additional information, please visit hsusports.com or the official Reddie Athletics account on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
