Henderson State benefited from four Reddies with double-digit attack winners to beat Southern Nazarene 3-1 (25-19, 18-25, 27-25, 25-21), Friday in Bethany, Okla.
Adrianna Hartmann led Henderson with a .480 hitting percentage having 12 kills, while
Karlie Greene hit .385 also having 12 spikes.
Also having 12 kills was
Kamra Jackson to go along with a .257 hitting percentage.
Courtney Bolf recorded her 12
th double-double of the year with 12 kills and 17 defensive digs.
Sariah Boney and
Abby Blackburn combined for 47 set assists having 24 and 23 assists respectfully.

Sydney Skelton collected 35 defensive digs in the match.
In the opening set, Henderson fell behind 12-10 before the Reddies scored three straight points behind a pair of attack winners by Greene. The lead was pushed to 18-14 as the
Reddies took advantage of three SNU attack errors. The Crimson Storm continued to struggle in the set as the Reddies collected four blocks down the stretch to claim the set.
After dropping the second set to the defending GAC Champions, Henderson rallied from a 19-15 deficit as Hartmann collected six kills in the set including four down the stretch while Blackburn recorded a service ace to claim the third set for the Reddies.
In the fourth set, Henderson jumped out to a 14-9 advantge, but Southern Nazarene stormed back to take a 20-18 lead.
Zuzana Ondruskova ended the Crimson Storm run with a kill which helped lead HSU to three straight points with Greene having an attack winner and Boney a service ace.
Tied at 21-21, Henderson scored the next four points to win the match with the assistance of another winner and ace by Bolf and a kill by Jackson for the final point of the match.
Henderson, 10-9 overall and 3-3 in the Great American Conference, will take on Oklahoma Baptist on Saturday with the first serve in Shawnee, Okla. set for Noon.
