SEARCY, Ark. — Harding got the best of Henderson State in the teams' first meeting of the year on Tuesday, defeating the Reddies 7-0 to win its sixth-straight match.
The Lady Bisons (9-1), who were ranked No. 4 in the Central Region in the latest ITA DII poll, swept through the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead into singles.
Things continued in Harding's favor in individual play, as the Reddies could not scratch a win and fell to 2-5 on the season.
Henderson will return to the court on Monday, April 1, when it hosts Arkansas Tech at 2 p.m.
