FINAL RESULTS
ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - On a night where Henderson State honored seven seniors as part of its 2023 senior class, the Red Wave men defeated the University of the Ozarks, 214-22, while the women won, 187-42. The pair of large wins marked the end of the 2022-23 home slate, with HSU finishing the regular season next week at Ouachita Baptist.
Henderson won every single event in which it had a competitor, including one-twoing Ozarks in both relays. In the individual races, the women either one-twoed or one-two-threed Ozarks in seven races while the men completely swept the top-three finishing times in nine races.

Logan Wetterling - Friday's senior honorees - were all in action Friday night, with several of them seeing wins in the home finale. Chen, Wetterling, Gibbs and Holt started out the night being a part of the 200 medley relay that took first place with a time of 1:50.28 for the women and 1:40.49 for the men.
Wetterling was the next senior to see an individual win, taking top honors in the 1-meter dive with a score of 174.55, while
Triston Little touched first in the 100 fly at 55.34 and got third in the 500 free (5:09.47). Gibbs took second in the 100 backstroke, touching at 55.71 while Chen also took second in the 50 free with a time of 25.38.Â
Henderson St. returns to the pool for the one final time in the regular season when they head across the street to swim against the Tigersharks of Ouachita Baptist Friday, Jan. 27 at 5 p.m. In the first meet between the rival schools inside Wells Natatorium, the men won 136-100 while the women won 153-90.
