ARKADELPHIA, Ark.  -  Henderson State capped off the 2024 regular season with a 3-0 sweep of Arkansas-Monticello on Senior Night at the Duke Wells Center.

After a pregame ceremony honoring seniors Madison Hatt, Andrea Roland, Carson Edwards, Larkin Luke, and Christiane Uzoh, the Reddies took three straight sets over the Blossoms.

Uzoh led the way for HSU's offensive attack with 10 kills. The Beaumont, Texas, native hit .320 for the night.

Katilyn Steffes followed close behind with nine kills of her own. She also contributed a service ace and block assist.

Savannah Coats recorded six kills and was one of two Reddies to hit .600 or better for the match. That other Henderson player was Luke, who posted five kills while hitting a team-best .625. Luke also provided two blocks, bringing her season total to 99.

Roland put up four kills and a solo block in the victory.

Cassidi Campbell paced the team with four blocks, all of which were solo.

The setting duo of Hatt (14 assists) and Braxton Jones (16 assists) posted a combined 30 assists.

Kaylon Partain led the team with 14 digs, while Edwards came in second with nine.

With Thursday night's win, HSU improved its 2024 home record to 10-2 and secured back-to-back winning seasons overall.
