Reddies Come Up Short in Tahlequah

TAHLEQUAH, Okla.  -  Henderson State fell to Northeastern State on Wednesday night by a score of 70-61.

After trailing by as many as 11 points in the second quarter, the RiverHawks rallied in the second half to pick up the victory on their home court.

Jadah Pickens led the Reddie offense with 18 points. Brynlee Huggins (15) and Sam Basson both reached double-digits in the points column as well.

Makenna Winans posted a team-best eight rebounds.

HSU will hit the road again next week to take on Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. Tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26.
