BETHANY, Okla. – Henderson State faced Southern Nazarene in the Sawyer Center in a contest for first place in the GAC, falling to the Crimson Storm 92-67.

Led by their shooting the Crimson Storm dusted the Reddies in their home gym. The Storm held the Reddies to just 42.3 percent from the field and 35.7 from three while shooting 56.9 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from deep.

Nehikhare Igiehon was the only Reddie to score in double-digits, scoring 12 points and hauling in eight rebounds.

The Reddies were held to just 32 points in the paint while the Crimson Storm scored 36 points in the paint and converting on turnovers with 25 points off 17 turnovers.

The Reddies are back in action versus Oklahoma Baptist Saturday at 3 p.m. in Bethany, Okla.
