BROOKFIELD, Ill. — The Don Hansen Football Committee has released the 2025 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America team.

Henderson State's Cayden Davis was named an honorable mention on this year's teams. Davis was also named an honorable mention on the 2024 team.

This honor marks the first All-American nod for Davis this season. The senior tight end was a unanimous All-GAC First Team selection in addition to being named D2CCA Second Team All-Region earlier this month.

The Caddo Mills, Texas native finished this past season with 44 catches for 573 yards and four touchdowns while also recording six rushes for 44 yards. In 35 career games played, Davis accounted for 1,360 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns.

The Don Hansen team carries out the legacy of long-time small college football advocate Don Hansen, who passed away at age 75 on Aug. 29, 2010. Hansen, from Brookfield, Ill., started and published Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette for three decades, selecting NCAA Division II All-America teams for the first time in 1988.
