RUSSELLVILLE, Ark.  —  Felisa Sajulga was named GAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the fourth time this season on Wednesday.

The senior from College Station, Texas, earned the honor after winning an individual title at the Arkansas Collegiate in El Dorado, Arkansas, earlier in the week. She shot six-over 150 to tie for first place after 36 holes. In a first-place playoff against Harding's Sarah Kmiecik, Sajulga clinched victory by recording a birdie on the first hole. It was her second individual win of the 2024-25 campaign. The Texan's performance also played a crucial role in the Reddies' first-place finish as a team at the event.

Sajulga's four weekly awards from the conference are the most of any Henderson State athlete during the current academic year. The women's golf team has collected six such awards throughout the season, with the other two belonging to junior Lily Nelson.

Felisa and the rest of HSU's women's golf team will return to the greens on Monday, Feb. 24, at the Hardscrabble Invitational in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
