FINAL LEADERBOARD

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Henderson State's women's golf team ran away from the field in the final round at the 2025 GAC Championships on Wednesday to capture the program's fifth-straight league title.

The win punches the Reddies' ticket to the NCAA Central Regional for the 12th consecutive season as the league's automatic bid.

GAC Player of the Year Felisa Sajulga finished as the individual runner-up after falling in a playoff hole. She shot 1-over on Wednesday and 7-over for the tournament.

Lily Nelson finished in fourth place overall and shot 4-over 74 on Wednesday to finish at 10-over.  She and Sajulga both earned All-Tournament honors.

Madolyn Kost and Cloe Poizac both carded scores of 4-over 74 in the final round. Kost finished 10th individually and Poizac took 17th.

Henderson shot 13-over in the final 18 holes of play — the best single round of any team during the three-day tournament. The Reddies final score was 48-over 888, 26 shots better than runners-up Harding.

The conference title is the sixth in program history for Henderson State. The Reddies join the Arkansas Tech women (2015-19) and the Henderson men (2014-18) as the only programs in league history in any sport to win five-consecutive conference championships.

The Reddies have now won the last four tournaments they have entered dating back to March 10. HSU will be in search of the program's fifth trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships when they compete next at the NCAA Central/Midwest Regional on May 4-6 in Edmond, Oklahoma.
