NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS LEADERBOARD

BOULDER CITY, Nev. – After a solid first round of 6-over 294, the Reddies followed it up with an even better 2-over 290 on Wednesday in round two. The stellar day helped them climb the leaderboard four spots and finish the day tied for 8th. 

The top eight teams on the leaderboard after three rounds will advance to the match play portion of the NCAA Championships. Henderson State has advanced to match play in each of the last two years.

Lily Nelson had herself a day and shot a 5-under 67 with seven birdies, which helped vault her into a share of ninth place individually.

Felisa Sajulga and Cloe Poizac both posted rounds of 1-over 73. Paulina Narvaez and Madolyn Kost were both in the clubhouse with scores of 5-over 77. 

The Reddie women will look to continue climbing as they tee off the final round on Thursday beginning at 11:10 a.m. at Boulder Creek Golf Club.
