DENVER, Colo. – The Denver Broncos announced Monday that they were signing Paul Manning of Henderson State University to a rookie contract. Manning now becomes a member of the Broncos' 91-man roster. 

Manning earned the contract after receiving a rookie mini-camp invite from the team last week. He "must have impressed the team because they signed him to their 91-man roster today," SB Nation's Scotty Payne said.

The West Monroe, Louisiana native is coming off a 2025 season in which he was named Second Team All-GAC and totaled 24 tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack, seven pass breakups, and two forced fumbles.

Reports indicate that Manning will initially be fighting for a spot on the practice squad once offseason practices begin on June 2nd. Denver boasts one of the higher-rated cornerback rooms in the National Football League, led by Patrick Surtain II, Riley Moss, and Ja'Quan McMillian.
